This Creamy Chipotle Garlic Greek Yogurt Sauce is the best easy condiment to whip up and store in your fridge. And it's healthy (at least in my book). It is flavored with fresh roasted garlic and chipotle peppers, which gives it an irresistible smoky flavor. I promise this will not be your last batch of this creamy chipotle garlic greek yogurt sauce.

Yogurt/sour cream based sauces have been my favorite way to amp up the flavor of so many different dishes lately. They are ready in no time and require minimal effort (yay for easy recipes). You can also prep this sauce at the beginning of the week to have it ready to go.
I got my first DSLR camera to shoot recipes for Bites with Bri! I am very excited about this. This is the first blog post with photos shot on the new camera. Let me know what you think!
In the future, if you are interested in hearing about what gear I use, I can make that happen. I love helping out other food bloggers. There are so many things that I would to share that I wish I had read before starting my food blog.

The Key Ingredient
Chipotle peppers are where all of this rich smokiness and spice come from. Have you ever cooked with them? The ones I am talking about come in a small can normally on the Mexican ingredient aisle at the store. They will say chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
These peppers are potent and definitely will add some spice. If you are sensitive, you can always start by just adding one and tasting. I always like to say it is much easier to add more of a flavor than it is to take away a certain flavor.
I promise once you taste them, you will be incorporating them in your cooking more often. Use your leftover chipotle peppers to make my Instant Pot Beef Short Rib Barbacoa.
How To Use Creamy Chipotle Garlic Greek Yogurt Sauce
This sauce has a very bold flavor but can be used in so many ways! It is a great dipping sauce for grilled proteins, such as chicken breast. This creamy chipotle garlic greek yogurt sauce is a great addition to a grain/buddha/taco bowl, especially since it really packs a punch. I also love to drizzle it on roasted veggies or dip raw veggies in it as a snack. When it comes to appetizers, this almost always makes a perfect dipping sauce. Think French fries, chicken tenders, quesadillas, fritters, slider, nachos, and everything in-between. I think you get the idea!

I also think it pairs deliciously with these recipes:
- Pigs in a Blanket Seattle Style (Cream Cheese & Onions)
- BBQ Pulled Pork with Pineapple & Soy (Instant Pot) (Tacos, Quesadillas, Nachos)
- Southwestern Breakfast Quesadillas (Quick & Easy) (I almost forgot to mention how perfectly it pairs with eggs!)
- Easy Crispy Chicken Tender Dinner Salad (Dressing idea)
- Instant Pot Beef Short Rib Barbacoa (Tacos, Quesadillas, Nachos)
Also , be sure to try my Jalapeño Lime Crema if you love a flavorful cream sauce as much as I do!
