Crispy Mexican  potatoes

What you need:

toss the potatoes with olive oil & All of the spices.

Dip each potato in the grated parmesan cheese.

Arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until browned.
