This easy Air Fryer Blackberry Cobbler is the perfect summer dessert, but I make it year round with frozen berries. The biscuit topping is buttery and sweet. Don’t forget the vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients

Blackberries

  • 2-3 cups frozen or fresh blackberries
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar*
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • teaspoon cinnamon

Biscuit Topping

  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter, melted & cooled slightly
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, fold the blackberries, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon until completely combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder until completely combined.
  • Place 4 (7 ounce) ramekins in the air fryer basket and grease with spray oil or melted butter.
  • Divide the blackberries between the 4 ramekins.
  • Divide the biscuit topping between the 4 ramekins.
  • Air fry at 320 degrees for 19-21 minutes, checking halfway through. Cover loosely with foil if the topping is starting to brown. The filling should be hot and bubbly.

Notes

  • Brown Sugar: Substitute for granulated sugar.
  • Use salted butter. The little bit of salt in the butter really brings out the sweetness and other flavors.
  • Check the cobblers halfway through. Every air fryer cooks differently so be sure to check on them as they cook. I usually cover them loosely with foil around the 10 minute mark. All of my recipes are tested in the Cosori 5.8QT
  • Store leftovers in the fridge. Allow the cobbler to cool on the counter and then cover them with foil and transfer to the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave.
