This easy Air Fryer Blackberry Cobbler is the perfect summer dessert, but I make it year round with frozen berries. The biscuit topping is buttery and sweet. Don’t forget the vanilla ice cream!

Blackberries
- 2-3 cups frozen or fresh blackberries
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar*
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Biscuit Topping
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter, melted & cooled slightly
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
In a medium mixing bowl, fold the blackberries, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon until completely combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder until completely combined.
Place 4 (7 ounce) ramekins in the air fryer basket and grease with spray oil or melted butter.
Divide the blackberries between the 4 ramekins.
Divide the biscuit topping between the 4 ramekins.
Air fry at 320 degrees for 19-21 minutes, checking halfway through. Cover loosely with foil if the topping is starting to brown. The filling should be hot and bubbly.
- Brown Sugar: Substitute for granulated sugar.
- Use salted butter. The little bit of salt in the butter really brings out the sweetness and other flavors.
- Check the cobblers halfway through. Every air fryer cooks differently so be sure to check on them as they cook. I usually cover them loosely with foil around the 10 minute mark. All of my recipes are tested in the Cosori 5.8QT.
- Store leftovers in the fridge. Allow the cobbler to cool on the counter and then cover them with foil and transfer to the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave.
