Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, unless you're using an air fryer. Melt the butter either in a small saucepan over medium-low heat or in the microwave, using 5-second increments and watching closely to avoid burning.
2 Tablespoons salted butter
Crush the graham crackers until they are completely fine crumbs. You can do this by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin, or by using a food processor.
4 graham crackers
In a small bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar.
2 Tablespoons packed light brown sugar
Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly between two 5-inch pie pans.
Press the graham cracker crumbs firmly around the sides and bottom of each pan to form a pie crust.
Break the Hershey’s chocolate bars into pieces and distribute them evenly into each pie crust.
4 mini Hershey's chocolate bars
Sprinkle about 1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips into each pie.
2 heaping Tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips*
Divide the marshmallows between the two pies, gently pressing them down into the chocolate layers.
1 heaping cup mini marshmallows
If using an air fryer, place the pies in the air fryer basket. Otherwise, place them on a baking sheet.
Air fry at 330 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes, or bake in the preheated oven for 10-11 minutes, until the marshmallows are toasted and golden brown.
