3 Ingredient Rum Mule
This easy white Rum Moscow Mule only requires 3 ingredients! It is refreshing, light, and perfect for those who do not like vodka. You can use a spiced rum, dark rum, or swap it for club soda for a virgin mule.

- 4 ounces (½ cup) ginger beer*
- 2 ounces (¼ cup) white rum*
- ½ lime juiced
In a copper mug or highball glass, stir together the ginger beer, rum, and lime juice.
Top with ice, lime wedges, and mint leaves, if desired.
- Ginger Beer: I typically use Fever Tree Ginger Beer, but you can use any brand that you prefer. You can also use ginger ale, but it will be a little sweeter and have a slightly different flavor.

- Use fresh lime juice. Fresh lime juice has a much better flavor than bottled lime juice.
