  • ½ cup (113g) greek yogurt
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice 1-2 limes
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 Tablespoons minced white onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Review all recipe notes and instructions before beginning.
  • Add all of the ingredients into the food processor.
  • Pulse until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed to make sure everything is combined.

Notes

Dried chives: You can use 2 teaspoons of dried chives instead.
Greek yogurt: You can replace this with sour cream.
Use a pretty ripe avocado. If the avocado is too hard, it will not blend as well and the dressing will not be as smooth and creamy.
To make this dressing spicy, try adding a fresh jalapeño. You can remove the seeds for less spice or leave them for more heat.
If you want the dressing to be thinner, add a splash more buttermilk and pulse until it is the desired consistency.
