Pat the wings dry using a paper towel. In a large bowl, toss the wings, salt, pepper, and baking powder until well combined. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
2 pounds chicken wings, drumsticks & flats, 2 teaspoons Morton kosher salt*, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 Tablespoon baking powder
Air fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
While the wings air fry, in a clean large bowl, stir together the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic, and parmesan. Set aside.
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted, 2-3 Tablespoon hot sauce or buffalo sauce, 2 teaspoons granulated garlic, ⅓ cup 1 ounce finely grated parmesan cheese*
Flip the wings and lightly spray with oil if they look dry.
Air fry for another 12-14 minutes or until the wings are golden brown. Air fry longer if needed.
Place the wings in the large bowl with the butter mixture and toss well. Serve hot.
