1. Sponsor
The Bri’s Cooking Club October 2026 Challenge (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Bites With Bri LLC, 12650 N Beach St, Ste 114 #7056, Fort Worth, TX 76244 (“Sponsor”). Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and WPForms are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not associated with it.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
The prize drawing is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Everyone is welcome to cook along, but only eligible participants may enter the prize drawing.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
- Follow the ingredients and cooking method in the October featured Bites With Bri recipe.
- Take one original photograph of the finished dish. The photograph must show food only and may not include a person’s face.
- Complete the official entry form at
https://biteswithbri.com/bris-cooking-club/, upload the photograph, confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules, and submit the form before the deadline.
Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Entries sent by email, social media, comments, or direct message are not valid. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, late, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Photograph Requirements
The submitted photograph must be the entrant’s original work and must depict the entrant’s finished version of the featured recipe. It may not be a stock image, an AI-generated image, or a substantially manipulated image. Basic cropping and ordinary light or color adjustments are permitted. The photograph may not contain unlawful, infringing, obscene, or unsafe content or third-party branding that Sponsor determines is inappropriate.
Entrants retain ownership of their photographs. Sponsor may display an entrant’s photograph and first name only if the entrant separately grants that optional permission in the entry form. Granting permission to share is not required to enter and does not improve the odds of winning.
6. Optional Social Sharing
Posting or sharing on Instagram or any other social platform is optional, does not constitute an entry, and does not provide an additional entry. Entrants who choose to share may tag @bites.with.bri_. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
7. Prize
One winner will receive one $100 Amazon gift card. The approximate retail value of the prize is $100. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
Amazon is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes. Amazon, Amazon.com, and their logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. The gift card is subject to Amazon’s applicable terms and conditions.
8. Winner Selection, Odds, and Notification
On or about November 1–7, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided with the entry and must respond within three calendar days. Sponsor may require the potential winner to confirm eligibility and provide any documents reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Official Rules. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, or fails to comply, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random.
The winner will never be required to pay a fee or provide bank-account, credit-card, or Social Security information to claim the prize.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or technically unsuccessful entries or for failures of networks, servers, websites, forms, devices, or internet service.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if appropriate, award the prize from among eligible entries received before the affected event.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
11. Privacy
Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, maintain required records, and otherwise as described in the Bites With Bri Privacy Policy. Entry does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing emails. Uploaded photographs will be stored with the corresponding entry and handled according to the form settings and applicable privacy practices.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be handled individually and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Tarrant County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Winner Information
After the winner has been verified, Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and last initial on the Cooking Club page.
