Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder until completely combined.
Step 3: Place 4 (7 ounce) ramekins in the air fryer basket and grease with spray oil or melted butter.
Step 4: Divide the blackberries between the 4 ramekins.
Serve with freshly whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Recipe Serving Suggestions
These individual cobblers are best served hot and fresh. Top them with my favorite homemade No Egg Vanilla Ice Cream. Store-bought works too!
You can also serve them with freshly whipped cream. Using an electric mixer to beat 1 cup of heavy cream, 2 Tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Expert Tips & Variations
- Use salted butter. The little bit of salt in the butter really brings out the sweetness and other flavors.
- Check the cobblers halfway through. Every air fryer cooks differently so be sure to check on them as they cook. I usually cover them loosely with foil around the 10 minute mark. All of my recipes are tested in the Cosori 5.8QT.
- Store leftovers in the fridge. Allow the cobbler to cool on the counter and then cover them with foil and transfer to the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave.
Recipe FAQs
Air fry for 19-21 minutes at 320 degrees. Be sure to check the cobbler at about the 10 minute mark to make sure the top is not browning too quickly. If it is, cover loosely with foil for the remaining cook time.
No. Typically the base is just fruit. There is a biscuit topping layer on top of the fruit.
It is similar to a biscuit, in fact some recipes call for biscuits as the topping. This simple four ingredient topping is made from flour, sugar, baking powder, and butter.
The sides should be bubbling and the fruit should be jammy. You can always check to see if the middle is hot with a meat thermometer. It should be about 165-170 degrees in the center.

Just made this using frozen blackberries. I cut the recipe in half and baked it in a small casserole dish in the air fryer. It was an easy and delicious week night dessert!
I donโt have ramekins, Iโd there another way?
Yes, any oven safe dish will work that fits in your air fryer, like a 7 inch cake pan.
The perfect cobbler for this time of year! I usually make blackberry crumbles but switched it up with this one and it was so tasty.
OMG! This was so good! We have a crazy lot of blackberries too!
Loved these individual cobblers…I just got some blackberries from my CSA and these were so so good….and it was good to have that portion control.
Easy desserts are the best. Love the individual servings in the cute little containers. Perfect for any night of the week, and for entertaining too.
